1. Shipping & Delivery
We ship all textile goods plastic-free from our workshop in Pollachi, India. Orders are processed and dispatched within three business days. Delivery timelines vary by destination, with tracking details provided upon shipment.
2. Returns & Exchanges
We offer returns on unused, unwashed cotton carryalls within seven days of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact our support team. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
